Support Staff
Support staff includes Rufus and and Spaulding.
Rufus is a three-year old Lab mix my family adopted from Georgia that was rescued as a stray by a family friend. As soon as we saw his photograph, we knew we needed to add him to our family. I had hoped to train Rufus as a therapy dog, and his gentle spirit makes him a perfect fit. However, Rufus has a "mind of his own" perhaps from living on the streets without an owner for so long.
Spaulding is a tabby cat, and also an adopted stray that was found locally. Spaulding is "his own man" and despite having a fluffy bed and all the comforts we can offer a cat, prefers to live outside. Spaulding's hobby is to antagonize Rufus.
